Call Us Seven Days A Week: 860-806-9997 ........ We Know How Confusing it is. |

You're Going To Like The Way You Feel! ,,, Welcome to the Hydrogen Revolution!

Hello everyone, and welcome back to the Podcast. Today, we are going to explain the truth about Hydrogen Inhalation and how the wellness industry is steering people into a big investment by claiming it’s the best method of all, which only adds to more confusion and distrust as awareness grows.

We’ll strip away the marketing hype and focus on the science so you can come to your own conclusions. We will compare all 3 therapy types so you know the difference. And most importantly, we’ll expose why some of the devices being promoted—specifically Brown’s gas machines and dual-purpose counter top water makers adapted for inhaling—might not only be a waste of your time and money but could actually be working against your biology.  Let’s get into it.  Probably the most asked question we get from those interested in inhalation is: Should I buy an expensive inhalation machine to cure my condition? And: Why do people sleep inhaling “Brown’s gas,” all night?   To answer these questions, we begin by explaining how molecular hydrogen therapy works. It is now well known that your body reacts to hydrogen gas in two distinct ways: either through a hormedic spike or a slow steady suspended systemic saturation. They are both incredibly beneficial, but they function like two different tools in a toolbox.

While one slowly bathes your cells from head to toe, the other method sends a massive spike of hydrogen straight down your digestive tract and directly into your portal vein leading to your liver.  That spike only comes from the Rejuvenation tablets. When you drop one or two in an open glass of water, it creates the highest concentration of hydrogen gas in a single dose, reaching an extraordinary 12 parts per million or P P M.   This rapid influx creates what researchers call a hormedic stressor effect.   In biology, hormesis is the concept that a brief, intense stimulus triggers a protective counter-response from your body. Hydrogen isn’t doing the heavy lifting here; it acts as a signaling molecule or a cellular alarm clock by forcefully flipping on the Nrf2 pathway. This is the master switch that commands your liver to produce its own powerful, internal antioxidant called Glutathione. The hydrogen spike triggers the signal, and then leaves the body just as quickly as it arrived. It’s fast, efficient, and rewires your cellular defenses in harmonious redox-homeostasis.  This therapy works on a separate biological track that can also be combined with the other two methods and not be redundant.

Inhaling pure hydrogen, on the other hand, is a slow steady saturation of your tissues that reach equilibrium, depending on the machine flow rate, in about 30 minutes.    It’s a slow process simply because you exhale half of every breath you inhale and further dilute another 10-20% with air in the nostril gaps around the cannula. The benefit creeps up on you slowly and stays suspended as long as you keep inhaling.  This can be the ideal method for some chronic or serious diseases or just complementary to other methods to stay healthy.   Inhalation pulsed for 1-2 hours up to 2-3 times a week or per day if desired can be very beneficial provided it’s pure medical-grade 99.99% hydrogen gas in a safe nonflammable concentration of 1 to 4 percent and inhaled with a cannula –not a mask. The gas enters the lungs and diffuses directly into your bloodstream and distributes evenly throughout the body from head to toe, including your brain, joints, and nervous system. In general, this gentle therapy is known to renew an aging body or help an athlete recuperate.

In a perfect world nothing could be better than combining all three therapeutic methods for their individual unique benefits.  So, no one should claim that inhalation is a superior method when it is just different from the other two.   Quite simply hydrogen water makers offer the lowest dose and inhalation machines the slowest but higher saturating dose. Your gut bacteria thrive with both methods because our gut bacteria make hydrogen gas when digesting plant fiber.  But a big difference is that an inhalation machine requires sitting still which is easy if relaxing with a book or movie or working at your desk. Some people enjoy falling asleep with it timed to shut off after 1-2 hours and claim it provides deep restful sleep. But be warned that exceeding 3 hours can produce habituation where the body ignores it after a while. Which brings us to the elephant in the wellness market that is victimizing people every day. It’s known as Brown’s Gas that is a combined premix of roughly 66 percent hydrogen and 33 percent oxygen in a highly diluted hydrogen concentration. We don’t know why you would want more oxidizing oxygen if you are anti-oxidizing with hydrogen gas?  Nevertheless, the fanatical cult promoting this absurd concept is claiming all kinds of false and unsubstantiated things from the gas is “magical, that cures everything under the sun, to producing a more therapeutic monoatomic hydrogen or a “special third gas” or “magical expanded water” energy. It’s pure marketing gibberish and only diatomic molecular hydrogen with 2 electrons is beneficial. Monoatomic hydrogen with one electron is as unstable as the very free radicals we are trying to neutralize. Brown’s gas originates from welding science that has distorted the therapeutic purposes in both Safety and Purity.

Pure hydrogen inhalation machines use modern electrolysis using a specialized Proton Exchange Membrane to separate the hydrogen and oxygen in the water molecule.  Brown’s gas is highly unstable using a crude industrial electrolysis instead and caustic chemicals in the water tank—like potassium hydroxide or sodium hydroxide also known as Lye.  They are corrosive and contribute to most defects with the ultimate risk of burns or inhaling trace caustic chemical vapors or carbon monoxide directly into your lungs.  In reality there is nothing uniquely beneficial about Brown’s gas or the least bit superior to pure hydrogen’s cleaner and safer technology. But it may take another decade to get rid of this cult following.

So, when evaluating inhalation machines, the first thing to do is confirm if the hydrogen and oxygen are combined or separated. Then make sure they separate the gases using electrolysis with a PEM membrane.  And finally let’s address the biggest contradiction in Brown’s gas marketing nonsense. This cult encourages inhaling all night long while sleeping. Why not? It is so diluted it would take all night to get any therapeutic level. They claim “more is better” which is contradicted in cell biology that cells adapt to signals. Think about a loud alarm clock. When it first goes off, it startles you and wakes you up. That’s the signal, especially from using tablets. But if that alarm clock rings continuously for eight hours, your brain eventually tunes it out. This is called receptor desensitization or habituation.   Furthermore, breathing a foreign gas all night can disrupt your natural respiratory rhythms and alter the delicate microbiome of your nasal passages and gut.

Also be aware that any inhalation machine putting out less than 150 ml per minute hydrogen output is not worth the time, money or effort.  Avoid small lower priced inhalation machines and mediocre dual-purpose water and inhalation devices.  These are expensive counter top devices that are adapted for inhaling but don’t create enough pressure for a decent flow rate. At best they average less than 50 ml per minute output which isn’t worth inhaling. Some small portable devices that do seal are worth drinking and inhaling when drinking isn’t practical.  If you are new to hydrogen therapy the best advice is to start with the high-dose Rejuvenation tablets to feel the spike that you won’t feel from the water maker or an inhalation machine. They are convenient and affordable and represent the dominant therapy for the future because they create that powerful Portal Vein Spike, triggering your liver to maximize its own glutathione production for the day.   Adding Carbon 60 extenuates the benefit for hours. The dose and frequency are determined by you based on your age, health and lifestyle. If you are healthy but not athletic, your body will remind you when it wants it again. If athletic you won’t want to live without it and may want it more than once a day.

If in serious declining health or chronic disease, especially lung deficiency, or just looking for deep neuroprotection, then you might consider an inhalation machine to use for 1 to 2 hours as often as needed but always at least 5 hours apart. Still don’t forget an occasional spike from the tablets.   By the way our Inhalation machines are top of the line and half the price of all others on the market. We want all devices to be affordable without sacrificing quality and we encourage couples and families that can share a high output inhalation machine, to make the investment.   To summarize it’s either a spike or slow saturation that can give your body the benefits you need, and if you can afford to do more than one, it’s the smart thing to do and grounded in real safe science that protects you from the wild West of expensive wellness marketing scams.   Thank you so much for joining us again.
