It has always been alarming to me that people who are knowledgeable about health still don’t understand water filtration methods. Most believe a Distiller or only a Carbon filter is the best water filter which is completely false. Yes Distillation removes the unhealthy positive charged particles known as (TDS) Total Dissolved Solids but allow the chemicals to evaporate and only drip over a small replaceable carbon filter pad which is not enough filtration of harmful chemicals like benzine, glyphosates and chloramine to name a few. Distillers only do half the job and using only carbon filtration from a refrigerator, Zero Water or Brita pitcher is not as good as the deionizing Reverse Osmosis process combined with carbon filtration. Yes you do lose the minerals and electrolytes but those are easily replaced after filtration with a pinch of sea salt per gallon and should never be a reason to avoid R/O water. We tell people every day that they should be investing in a competent water filter before any other health investment and don’t forget to cook with filtered water too.

Be aware that the medical establishment tells you one thing and does another. It is absolutely criminal to be telling people to have a low sodium diet when they use a high salt Saline Solution to stabilize so many critical emergencies for immediate stabilization of blood pressure in heart attack, arrhythmias or heat stokes and other organ failure. The low salt diet is as damaging to health as their Food Pyramid touting grains and carbohydrates over meat and vegetables. So adding a bit of good quality natural salt such as sea salt, Celtic or Himalayan is one of the best things you can do and very necessary for athletes or after excess sweating. Also if you are on city water it may be a good idea to buy a shower filter because if you like hot showers you are breathing in the contaminants to numerous to list as they turn into the vapor.

The reality is you are only switching from consuming nano size micro plastics to now consuming nano aluminum particulates that will go straight to the brain and cause cognitive decline and turn your body into an antenna reacting to EMF radiation and disrupt your own bio-electrical health. These scammers know that a sucker is born every minute and they have an endless supply to tap into and not only take them for their money but also teach them all the marketing hype to sell the same nonsense to friends and family at a ridiculous price to pay them a commission. “Bio Hackers” who suffer from a mental disorder called Obsessive Compulsive Disorder is the fastest growing market in a health obsessed affluent culture that has more money than brains. They believe in testimony and manipulated fraudulent research paid for by the makers of the product. Just do yourself a favor when you find out something has an Affiliate Marketing or Multi-Level Marketing plan don’t walk away, RUN AWAY FAST! It’s A BIG MONEY MAKING SCAM!

Is Hydrogen Water A Scam?

Unfortunately the MLM Alkaline water scammers are now promoting their machines as hydrogen water and exaggerating the benefits to sell expensive ($2-$5,000) machines connected to the water line at the sink and produce absolutely NO therapeutic measurable levels of hydrogen water. They lack compression required to dissolve the gas into the water under pressure and are like a restaurant soda gun that sprays the gas with the liquid which doesn’t make a therapeutic concentration worth drinking. These people could sell ice cubes to Eskimos and use pitch people like Gary Brecka all over social media to sell the little cheap Chinese portable units for a ridiculous price and recruit you to sell them to for that Ferrari and Mansion they tell you is around the corner when you recruit 100’s of people to sell for you. We will discuss this more in the future but suffice it to say we are doing our best to educate people not to pay a lot and above all get their money’s worth.
